Admission Requirements for Certificate Courses

SSSCE Holders

Six passes (A-D) in all subjects, including English Language and Mathematics; and
At least three (3) of the passes must be relevant to the area of specialization

WASSCE Holders

Six passes (A1-D7) in all subjects, including English Language and Mathematics; and
Must possess a minimum of C6 in any three (3) of the passes relevant to the area of specialization

Additional Information

Morrez Fashion Academy accepts certifications from WASSCE, SSCE, HND and Degree. All foreign certificates should be brought to the school. The school will then send these certificates for accreditation before determining the eligibility of the student for admission. This process will incur an application fee of GHS 100.00 for local applicants and $20.00 for foreign applicants

Admission Process

How To Register.

To apply; you would need to fully fill out our admission forms and submit them to Morrez Fashion Academy. The forms can be bought at the school, downloaded or filled out the online. To complete the application the forms should be submitted with:

2 passport pictures
Copies of required certificates/transcripts
Essay (A Self-introductory essay stating why the applicant wants to study fashion design)

I have been a student in Morrez Fashion Academy for quite a while now and I have never regretted choosing this fashion school. They have enthusiastic and dedicated teachers who treat everyone fairly, they have good and excellent knowledge and experience in the field. Motivating staff backed up by an excellent infrastructure to Foster smooth studies. The curriculum is well structured and above all it's practically intensive, the fee I must say is reasonable. Campus is in Tantra Hill which actually gave a gives a good industrial exposure and keeps the environment so peaceful.

Getting financial aid

Based on your financial aid request, you are placed into one of three discount categories: Extreme Need (up to 50%), High Need (between 25-50%), Medium Need (between 20-30%), or Low Need (less than 20%).

Students in each category are ranked based on the competitiveness of their admissions application. Students who receive scholarships typically achieve mostly A’s and B’s on their transcripts and national exam results.

Fee Payment Plan.

Payment plan for Fashion Design and Technology.
70% payment before the applicant starts class and 30% beginning of the first month of the second semester.

Instalment payment plan for Suit Tailoring and Bridalwear.

70% payment; Beginning of the first month.

30% payment; Beginning of the third month.

The tuition fee for Beaded Jewelry, Make-up and Skin Care, Graphic Design
They are to be paid in full before the applicant can be enrolled.

Hostel Fee.

1-year Fashion Design and Technology: GHC 2000 for Ghanaian applicants and its equivalent for foreign applicants.

6 months Dressmaking, Bridalwear & Suit Tailoring: GHC 1,500 for Ghanaian applicants and its equivalent for foreign applicants.

3 months Beaded Jewelry, Make-up, and Graphic Design: GHC 900 for Ghanaian applicants and its equivalent for foreign applicants.
